ABOUT THE ARTIST

Larry Wall

Larry Wall is an artist and oil/acrylic painter who is living in the Matthews Beach neighborhood of Seattle, creating a wide variety of landscapes, ocean waves, tropical scenes, seascapes, and abstract works.

I’ve been painting since 1999, simply because I love doing it. I’ve always believed that when you enjoy what you’re doing, it never really feels like work.

My paintings cover a little bit of everything—ocean scenes, sunsets, landscapes, flowers, guitars, abstracts, and whatever else happens to catch my imagination. I don’t try to stay with one particular style or subject. If something inspires me, I paint it.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to sell many of my original paintings. Some of those originals are now available as high-quality giclée reproductions, while many of the paintings you’ll see here are still available as originals.

I paint from my home studio, Durland Ave Studio, surrounded by brushes, paint, unfinished ideas, and occasionally a cat who thinks he’s part of the creative process.

I’m still painting, still experimenting, and most importantly, still having fun with it. I hope you enjoy looking through my work as much as I’ve enjoyed creating it.
